UPCOMING EVENTS

Once the business plan was finished, we were ready to start the manufacture of the product.

By the end of June, our students collected the flower needed to proceed to make the oil with our healing properties. Once the scholar year was over, our students started the process of maceration by mixing the olive oil with the flowers.

This mixture will be left outside during 40 days and 40 nights. After this period of time the mixture will ready to preceed to be bottled.

Our school is surrounded with forests where Sant Joan flower comes out in June. This year the flower blossomed in the third week of June. Students were grouped in teams and went to the forest to do the harvest. Fortunately, they found great quantities of Sant Joan flower.
